Apparently, this is not my day....

and I should take the bike home and park it!! Only I can't do that, cause right now it is my only transportation.

I left my house to head to work, and I head down this windy country road...hit the first sweeper at a pretty good pace and as I get to the apex...holy crap...theres an ambulance coming the other direction on my side of the road!!!

After stoping for a quick coffee, I head up the rural highway. I know that the left I will take is around a bend so, I signal pretty early since there is a pickup on my tail. Damn guy does not pay attention and as I have to stop behind someone else taking the left (leaving me in the lane of traffic) I hear rubber vs pavement as the guy stomps on the brakes and changes lanes just in time!! Whew....

Now, I am headed down another long country road and there is a woman on a cell phone in her corolla in front of me. She signals, last minute, to take a left...she gets her car more than half way across the road...I proceed to pass by her on the right..and the fucking c**t changes her fucking mind and swerves back almost taking me with her!!!!

Somehow....I made it to work

The fact you're here posting says you handled all the crap pretty well.

My only suggestion with the tailgater is to wave your arm.

My wing has HUGE blinkers and I still get idiots that are surprised even though I had the damn things on in plenty of time.

When I see the person doesn't back off enough when my blinker goes on... I generally will point my intended direction.

For some reason, people see the arm movement when they miss the blinker.

On another note, I have never seen so many beginner or inexperience or lack of talent / common sense riders in my life.

Seems this week has been amateur week (bike week)

Saturday we rode down to the track. In a 30 mile drive I saw #1, 2, and 3.:

1. On Route 3 a guy on on Hardley stall out and have the bike roll backwards and fall on top of rider so that he was squirrling on the ground like fish with the bike on top of him.

2. On 11b 2 gals on cruizers making a left turn from the left hand side of the road with no turn signals on.

3. On Rt 106 2 more gals on sportbikes making a left sitting at 90 degrees across the yellow line with no turn signals on. Front tire on the opposite side of the road, back tire on the correct side.

4. Sunday some fuck nut did a burnout at the Weirs and lost it and crashed into about 4 or 5 other Hardleys.

5 . Yesterday some ass on a Chopper with his gall riding on the fender decides to do a burnout to show off. He did it and left her sailing so that her ass slid down the road for 20 or 30 feet.

6. Yesterday another ass on the Hardley does a burnout and his bike came out from underneath him. Dropped it all kinds of chrome this and that laying on the ground in pieces.

7. Last night going home from work 2 more fucktards decide to have a conversation between 2 lanes left and right with 5 or 6 cars behind..... Mr. Statie pulled them over thank you very much... I am sure there was some sort of discussion as one of the bikes was VERRY Loud... so much that I couldn't hear the radio in my car anymore with the windows closed riding well behind.

8. This morning driving in on 93, it pouring rain and 2 fucktards on Hardleys are driving 35 mph side by side one in the left lane and one in the right lane. I passed them with my Jeep at 70 in the breakdown lane with tons of road spray.....

Either ride or don't.

9. This morning driving on 93 its still pouring rain, another fucktard is going down the breakdown lane and continues at 30 mph right across the the exit ramp never looks behind or nothing so as you come up to him you might has well drive over him.

Either ride or don't.

10. Almost every day, I see at least 2 or 3 Hardleys pulled over on 93 with wrenches and parts scattered everywhere. Did it just decide to die Right there. FUCKING JUNK!

If I have someone riding up my ass for more than a couple of seconds, I usually turn around real quick and glance at them, they usually back off. Or some kind of arm movement will do the trick too. Gotta get them off your ass somehow, since you found out how dangerous it can be if you have to stop short.

I love seeing the real "cool" Harley guys that can pull off smoking cigars while on the freeway. Some day, I'll be as worthy to pull that off.

I hope the rain stopped in time for ya. It did for my buddy that decided to ride in today as well.. He didn't have a choice but to ride either. His father had to take his truck because somebody drove screws into his tires... He knows who did it, I hope they pay dearly..

Re: Apparently, this is not my day....

Jaynnus' ride to work sums up why I am pondering giving up street riding for the most part.

I live in a place with so many bad drivers it's just not worth it to me right now. Riding a bike in greater Providence is just plain unsafe.

I was having a great day. Work was alright, my boss was accually joking around for once and agreed to let me out for two days I need for next week for a track day and the Buffet concert as well as this Friday to head north on the bike for the weekend.
Then I get home after swapping rims on the bimmer to the stockers, and complete the sale for the Bimmer. ( Only It's still outside?) Maybe it will get stolen & I can keep the ins $ and the cash from the buyer. Technically it's his now! I am turning in the plates tomorrow and Ins. will be cancelled.

Ok so now a tad more good news. Plans for Montreal are starting to form! My hockey game was awesome. Except the mother fucking crosschecking dipshit that split the bridgre of my nose wide open. I have a gash about 1/2" wide and at least an 1/8" deep or more? Didn't stop bleeding for about 1/2 hour. I sat on the bench and went back out bleeding to get revenge. Never got the chance with a minute forty left, we were ahead so we were dumping and having one guy chase the puck to run down time while we were ahead 6-2.

I have Ice on my nose to keep the sweelling down, I dont know If it needs a stitch or not? I can feel the swelling thumping and already see a black eye forming. The Ref never saw the hit, so no call was made. this team had a few hacks and there were three cross checks I saw myself that went with out a call.. I play in a 30+ mens league with no hitting rules. ( But it still happens) But cross checking, Boarding, and some nasty slashes are uncalled for. Cheap fucks.. We all have to get up and work in the morning, why play like a dick and fuck someone out of work and pay because you cant play the game right... I'm glad we kicked there ass in goals.. FUCKERS.. .Ok I am done venting... Is it Friday yet??? Oh but wait at least it's time.. Ahhhh.. Ok I feel better...
