I have a new Gixer 1K now with 2800 miles

I never go back to a dealership unless the thing threw
a crank or something on warrantee.

I am curious though whether they could tweak the ecu at the
600 mile check up. It would seem to be somewhat logical to step down on the power during the break in then at the check up let her rip.

Does anyone really know if some ecu tampering is part of the 1st dealer service

(I know from TRE mods)

I think the map in the ECU from the factory is about all Suzuki wants to give you. If you are looking for more power, IMO you are going to have to look in the aftermarket.
