Ebay Q

Ok,

So I sold my Corbin seat to a guy in Wyoming for $225. (Original price was $375)

The guy has been a PITA, he sent a check when I had said no checks in the auction text. I also said no returns and I definitely made sure it was known that the item was used.

He is now complaining cause there is a crease/wrinkle in the leather. (Picture like on leather car seats after you use them.)

Should I tell him to screw and just take a -1 on my ebay feedback (I don't have a ton of feedback to make up for it) or should I try to let him return it and resell?

I do NOT want to pay for him to ship it back, it was $30 to ship.

Ben

I would make sure to email ebay w/ all the email that went back and forth between you and the buyer.

Also, Did you mention the wrinkle in the leather in the item description?

If the Item was listed used, then wear is expected. I would NOT take the seat back.
If he posts a negative, You have a rebutle so you can put in your side of the story right under his response

Used w/tears in leather I'd understand his angle, but a used product being wrinkled I'd expect...

If your ebay is still low feedback I'd just say F him and create a new account, then sell tons of crap to your friends to get your rep back up.

Or buy an rc car and take it apart and sell it, theres zillions of people on there doing that and you can get 100 feedback quick...

Such is the worst part of e-bay.

I would tell him to ship it back at his expense, and you will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping costs from when you sent it to him. If he doesn't want to do that, tell him you would let him suck your balls, but you dont think they will stretch all the way to Wyoming.

Also, make some sort of horrible sexual comment about his mother/wife/sister. That always makes everyone happy.

I would recommend that your carefully explain the following to him:

Shut your fucking face uncle fucka
You're a cock sucking ass licking uncle fucka
You're an uncle fucka, yes its true
Nobody fucks uncles quite like you

Shut your fucking face uncle fucka
You're the one that fucked your uncle, uncle fucka
You dont eat or sleep or mow the lawn,
You just fuck your uncle all day long

(farting noises)
Hmm!
(farting noises)
(laughing)
(farting noises)
What's going on here?
(farting noises)
OOOoooooooooooooh
Fucker fucker uncle fucka uncle fucka fucka fucka fucka
Shut your fucking face uncle fucka (Terrance: uncle fucka)

You're a boner biting bastard uncle fucka
You're an uncle fucka I must say
Well you fucked your uncle yesterday
Uncle fucka... thats
U-N-C-L-E fuck you Uncle
Fuckaaaaaa tonight...

Suck my balls!

That should accurately explain a good, thinking man's stance on the situation.

Ebay

Since Highsider has cinched this one up.

I'll go with this explaination:

The item is used.

It may have wrinkles from being used.

If you don't like it tell me what you want to do to resolve this.

If he negs you and you have pictures of the item showing in GREAt detail then forward your story and Ebay ad to me.

I'll post it on www.yourapooch.com

The guy is sending it back on his dime...

I know there were several people on this site who were interested in it.. so when I get it back I'm going to offer it up WAY cheap. I just want to get rid of it.

You should send him a nice fake money order back and keep his cash!

All kinding aside, do not sign for the seat when it comes back and let him worry about it. Take the negative feedback and fight it with Ebay. This loser will learn his lesson.
