He wasn't wearing a helmet and was reported riding up and down the street at high rates of speed during the day! I rode by the scene this morning and there was about a 30-40 ft. skid mark from the bike!

I live right around the corner from where this happened, and I see idiots out all the time screwing up and down the side streets with no helmets on and half of the time no plates! Someone was bound to get killed sooner or later.

Sucks but really riding around with no helmet isnt the smartest thing to do especially at speed. In the event of a get off youre in for some serious hurt. Not something I would even begin to consider.
