Where do all the old bikes go?

I used to ride a 1991 CBR600F way back in 1992 and haven't ridden in quite a while. While tooling around the other day in my car (no bike yet) I got to thinking about what possibly happened to that motorcycle. Not that I ever want that thing back but just curious... what happens to most motorcycles when they get old?

You see junkyards for cars, but I don't think I have ever seen a M/C boneyard.

Do they magically disappear once they reach a certain expiration date?

Must be NH then! Apparently we don't allow such things here in CT...

Just kidding. I really have never seen a MC boneyard. Yeah Google will bring them up, I am sure. Forget I asked.

Then post these names up!! I'm still looking for a fairing piece for my Daytona .
BTW, you'd be surprised how many vintage standards and sportbikes get sold and shipped overseas, where they're sold at a profit.
Cheers, Lee S.

Sometimes, the fools who buy them, actually fall in love with them {SICK!!}, and don't sell them to anybody. 20 years and counting!
