so I was driving to the DMV during lunch in my car following a Harley rider most of the way and I was just waiting for him to fall.

First, last night on our way for a ride I get pulled over and a ticket for expired registration. stupid me. Luckily I didnt get my bike towed nor told to go home so I stuck with it and continued on the ride.

Good ride by the way. Nice twisties, lots of dead bugs on the jacket. Felt I went up another notch on my comfort!

So today i'm going to get my bike registered when the harley in front of me was crusing in his polo shirt, brain bucket (surprisingly enough) and ripped jeans, taking every turn with such force that his footstands would eat pavement EVERY TURN! Sparks and then a little wooble and back straight he goes. Pothole coming up. caAaAaAh cAaAaAh as he dodges it. What a freaking idiot... FALL FALL FALL i say!!!! Wooble, wooble he makes More Sparks!! ... I'm just is awe. Just waiting for him to experience road rash.... Just plain dumb. He's probably in a ditch by now.

What fun is dragging metal on a perfectly good hog. At want point do you look down and notice your footstand has fallin off because you are a dumbass?? argh.. ok i'm done ranting.

everyone rides differenlty and for different reasons.

Actually, I would guess that they probably knew how to ride rather well. Dragging pegs on a Harley and not binning it requires at least some skill.

of course I really don't want to see anybody crash. I'd be the first one to jump out to help. We were going too slow to do serious damage.

I guess I just felt bad for the bike being so abused since it looked new... maybe he was doing it on purpose?!

probably. it's real easy to drag pegs/floorboards on those bikes. I admit it's fun. I rode a bunch of different harley models when I was going through my rider's edge instructor training.

I used to ride with a guy who had a Honda Shadow. He installed a cigarette lighter on the side of the bike, and would be lighting a cigarette while dragging the pegs at about 80 MPH, wearing his retarded skull-cap thingie.

That dude was nuts.
