Target fixation, not looking through turn, countersteering?, too much rear brake, no front brake. For you legal beagles, passing on a double yellow. Yeah, I'd forgive him for that if he made the pass stick, but he didn't, so a little salt on the wound!

I mean the second bike obviously followed the first
one but what was the first rider doing ?

Another Harley trying to make a turn it had no business attempting.... All the excess weight and lack of ability to lean more than 5 degrees should have been the first indication not to even try.
