anyone ever mount your fastlane transponder to the underside of your windscreen with their supplied 'supervelcro sticky pads'? if so does it hold?

I was thinking about mounting one under the rear cowl. Assuming they use a radio signal it should work right?

I've mounted mine to the really severe curve of the upper part of my double bubble windscreen and it holds just fine.

works in a jacket arm pocket too.

that way no worry about it getting forgotten and ripped off.

Mine holds on the underside. It did not work inside my tankbag, even in the map pocket. Seems to need to not be horizontal.

Mine has worked the few times I have gone through the toll being in my tankbag. It is right under the map pocket and it had no problem reading it.

i put mine in the trunk. but the fact of the matter is... who cares if it works or doesnt. in the case that they happen to take a picture of your plate for "running" it they will run your plate and see that you have an account and charge you accordingly. its not your fault that they dont offer a motorcycle solution. i run the EZ pass up here all summer and sometimes i even have my transponder. never had a problem

That's basically how I look at it. I just slide it in the clear map pocket of my tankbag. Sometimes it reads it, sometimes it doesn't. It's never been an issue for me when it doesn't pick it up, no charges or no-no letters or anything. I'm not concerned either way...
