I went to the motorace website and saw some killer deals on leathers

my wife and I both have the Savage jackets, and it is time to replace mine soon ( velcro tabs are no good, and had a lowside in the jacket last year, which held up impeccably)

anyone have experience with the fit/quality of their pants or suits? some of their deals are unreal so i need to act fast.

As you know I had an IXS 2 piece suit and loved it. Never crash tested it but you have some experience there. The suit was made very well and held up great over the couple years I had it. The pants fit great and full circumference zipper never broke. I did quite a few track days in it too.

I definitely recommend their stuff for street riding and some track days.

I've never had any problem with any of the IXS apparrel I've owned and definitely recommend them.

I am happy with my IXS suit other than the zippers. The zippers are the only complaint I have. Mine are currently zip-tied together.

The leather is REALLY thick, stitching is decent and armor works well.

thanks for the replies, my everlasting search for more leather gear has left me at the wayside for the moment. funds just got tighter and they did not have my sizes listed as available on their website...


DEETS ! long friggin time ! ya the Jacket needs to be replaced. lasted long time for me ( 3+ years?) and went through a hellacious lowside at the gap in 06

Just got My Cougar jacket in the mail today, Im extremely impressed, for the leather/build quality/fit and style it seems like its worth alot more than what I paid, I think this is one of those rare times I got alot more than I paid for .

but it feels so good smacking my chin, I ride around like that thinking "yeah, ive been a bad squid boy, smack my chin!" Im also going to leave the tags on so everyone knows exactly what my jacket is made of
