Brake Pad Drag...

I've recently upgraded to a dual-disc front end.

When the front wheel is lifted off the ground & I give the wheel a pretty hard spin, it only goes around in about one full rotation because of the slight contact with the brake pads.

is this normal????

Brake Pad Drag...

As long as nothing's bent, it sounds like the calipers just need a good cleaning.

Brake Pad Drag...

Take the pads out and spin it that way and see how much it spins.

MC wheels don't spin that long usually.. they have pretty high drag bearing seals, etc..

Ride it and then check the calipers for an irregular amount of heat build-up? A clog in the master cylinder's relief valve (hole) or gummed up crap on the piston can cause them to lock up. Since I assume the brakes are new, I'd bed them in before worrying too much about it.
