so yeah there was more water than oil in the freakin bike... im dont kno where 2 start from. i cant figure out how to get that baskit out. i took the main bolt off and it wont come off.. i need 2 go buy the book on it.

The tool to get the center hub out is basically a clutch plate with a handle off it. It's designed to keep the hub from spinning and protect the outer hub. With the condition your outer basket is in - you can use a couple of old steel plates with a pair of vise grips. You're not going to hurt it more. Air tools help. Make sure to check for locking tabs. It The outer basket should slide off the splined shaft from there. Given the amount of water in the motor - a good soaking in penetrating oil might be needed.

can i run the bike w.o a clutch? i dont even kno if this thing runs.. i clean it out droped the oil pan got all new gaskits. and i just wanna c if it runs.

i took the main bolt off that hold the plates on. are there any things i should take off b4 or does it not really matter? i just dont want to break more stuff.. sorry for the stupid questions

i dont know for sure. flip the kill switch to OFF and spin the motor. just a quick tap of the button. if something goes SNAP then youll know... or even better... if something flies off then youll know you should have removed it but now you dont have to
