Ok, so here I am cruising on rt 28 in Salem NH heading into Methuen MA on Saturday afternoon. Lets say it's about 2:30 - 3:00 pm. It's two lanes going North and two lanes going South. So i'm in the left lane and traffic comes to a complete halt. So instead ramming into the back on the car I swerve into the right lane making sure that the car in the right lane is at the least 2 to 3 car lenghts behind me. As soon as I do that, traffic in that lane comes to a complete halt so I have to swerve over to the right of the car. As soon as I do that I see something fly out of the car behind me in my side view mirror and hit my bike. I turn around to see what it was, it was a f*cking 1/2 filled water bottle. So the car passes me and the guy is mouthing off. I point to him and nod my head up and down (like oh you done f*cked with the wrong brotha). So I follow them for two towns (Methuen and Lawrence). Every pause in traffic and every red light I beat, kicked, pounded, punched the car. I literally got off my bike in traffic. I think everyone was in shock. This car was brand new. It still had paper tags on it. So the guy is mouthing off "you swerved in front us, that's how bikers get killed". "So i said NO! people get killed for throwing shit at bikers". So I follow them some more and beat, kick, pound, and punch the car some more. So the girlfriend (the driver) of the guy lets down the window just enough so I couldn't punch her boyfriend but just enough to say something. Oh you guys are going to love this. This is some classic shyt. The F*cking girlfriend has the nerve to say "Can you please stop, I'm having a panic attack"... After I finished laughing my ass off. I kindly said "I don't give a f*ck if you're having a heart attack. When you're in the hospital thank your stupid ass boyfriend for throwing the water bottle. A panic attack. Here it is Monday evening and I'm still laughing about that comment. People are so f*cking stupid.

Well that's my exciting story for the weekend. Hope every dad had a good father's day....

To all the fellow bikers out there that are against what I did. I admit I may have went a bit over board but if someone throws some shit at me whether I'm on a bike or in my car I am going to confront them. What if that bottle would have gotten stuck in my tires? I guess I am suppose to just pick up my bike and wave to them and say have a good day.

Let's see how some of you would react when someone throws some type object at you. We'll see how cool calm and collective you all act...

But I'll tell you this, I bet he'll think twice before he throws some shit at any other bikes...

I'm not saying I wasn't pissed when that chick tossed the soda out the window, but I yelled, screamed, flipped her off, and then parked my ass under an overpass to have a cigarette and chill out. Can't ride angry... just ain't healthy.

Sometimes once you can just say something, other times it needs yelling, sometimes you gotta break a cagers mirror as they pull into your lane, but you have to admit you went overboard and probably should have controlled yourself better.

abso-fuckin-lutely not. Not saying what the guy did was right, but two wrongs don't make a right. Defending yourself is one thing, handling it the way Dee did is another.

Dee... not sure if you remember me, but I rode & chatted w/ you a couple years ago during a big group ride to VT & remember you as a pretty nice guy. Now here's what I really meant by what I said earlier... If I was like almost everyone else sitting in traffic that witnessed the incident & all i saw was some dude I didn't know pounding on a girl's car, ya, I'm pretty sure I'd call the cops. I guarantee you that at least 90% of the people that witnessed the whole ordeal didn't see him instigate by throwing that bottle at you. You shouldn't be proud of what you did, you should consider yourself lucky the cops come pounding on your door & didn't wake you up this morning with a hot cup of multiple assault charges.
