2008 Hayabusa in Las Vegas

This is what it looks like:
Suzuki Motorcycles and ATVs Media Site

8 years to knock our socks off and this is what they come up with.
Metallica syndrome? I think so.

I kinda like it. I'd like the faster, orange one for a commuter bike. Those cans gotta go though.

I dont have any complaints about it. I dont know what you guys were expecting. There is no way they were going to stray far from the original

I feel bad for all those poor souls who were waiting for the '08 with hopes of Suzuki coming out with a completely new highway bomber.

Still the same old ugly Busa

Is that link for 2008 US Models?
If so, Interested they are bringing out a GSX650F, a Bandit 650 in full plastic for $6999, I don't see the market for that hunk of crap.

Also a cool little DRZ70 listed on there...

I don't really get it.
I might understand where you're humor is coming from on this,
but if that's the case, don't quit your day job.

Wanna talk ugly? check out that site for the "B-King."

BTW, I dolike the integrated signals in the 'Busa, but that headlight/screen treatment gotta go.

It's probably to have something to put against the 650 Ninja in terms of appearance and performance. Suzuki doesn't have a mild fully faired bike in its line up. You go right from the SV650 to the GSXR 600.

I think he's making a Ben Roethlisberger reference

Roethlisberger, if you remember, was wearing no helmet, shorts, and a beater when he crashed his Busa.

An SV650S with optional lowers would be a more direct competitor for the Ninja 650.
Inline, liquid cooled, 650 would be a step up and decent replacement for the 600 and 750 Katana's, that's probably what they are thinking. $7k just seems pricey for what it is.

ugly? I guess if you want fashion before function, considering its the most aerodynamically efficient production bike built
