I just picked up new Mini DV camera that I'd
like to try out at the track this Thursday.

Unfortunately the camera mount I just bought from EBay
doesnt angle the camera correctly and its looking straight
at my steering damper and gauges. I'm gonna return it.

No time to try to get another one before Thursday.
Anyone going up to Louden Thursday that might let me use
their camera mount for a session on thursday?
I've got a 600RR if that matters.

I don't have a mount, but before you send that mount you bought mind if i try it out to see if it'll work on the SV? If it does i'll take it off your hands.

Most likely i'll take it anyways, since worse comes to worse I can use that piece as a mount and use my helmet cam setup that i've been meaning to use.

I've a cheapo tank mount purchased from kawiforum. its suppose to be universal. I can bring it on thursday, you are more than welcome to try it. Its my first time @ loudon, so look for a black 636 in red group.
