Everything I want I have to order and it always takes longer than they estimate. They just don't seem to carry what I want.

Hey Ed, how's it going? Long time no see. About 10 years I think.

My only experience with them is ordering things and I don't want to condemn them for something that may well be beyond their control. They're 3 for 3 with me. I ordered stuff 3 different times and all 3 times it was late and once it was even questioned (by the counter chick) if it was even ordered or not.

When I was looking for my bike I called to ask if they had what I was looking for and they did not.

I went to check out their winter riding gloves and they had a very limited selection and nothing really interested me.

They just don't seem to have what I'm looking for, YMMV. They've always been very pleasant though.

Yup, to the first 5. He is a cousin though.

Tim said you were posting here. HA, small world. Rode through Walpole today with Tim and Pete T and MAN has it changed.

Next season we'll have to hook up for a ride.
