Kanc yesterday?

Rode the Kancamagus Highway yesterday and was surprised to see quite a lot of sportbikes on it, instead of the usual millions of Harleys. Anyone from here?

Stopped off for lunch at Fandangles in North Conway. I had just eaten the last bite of my burger when the hostess came through the dining room and asked everyone to leave the building. Fire in the basement. I pushed my bike across the parking lot, then watched the building go up in flames. I stood around and watched for two and a half hours as the fire department failed to get the fire under control.

Damn shame; that place served amazing burgers that were just the thing after riding over from Vermont.

I saw the fire in the news last nite, Fandangles catered the openhouse at whitehorse press on saturday, hope they rebuild quickly

3 firefighters and a restaurant employee were injured in that fire.
You see that damn cop pullin people over in Lincoln? Fuckin pig.

A restaurant employee was injured? How? Everybody seemed to get out fine.

One of the firefighters was injured not long after they showed up -- electrocuted in the basement. After that they pretty much stayed out until the power company came and shut down the power to the building out at the street transformers.

Any idea when they finally got the fire put out? It was still going strong when I left at 4pm.

don't know what finally put it out but there were 2 ff electrocuted and one pulled a muscle and the employee was a kitchen staff and was treated for smoke inhalation.

That looks crazy
