2008 GSXR 600/750's offically released in Paris

I know most of you here don't like GSXR's because it represents squids, but for the people who do like GSXR's I just found the pictures of the 2008 GSX-R 600. Seems the 600 has the same mode select feature the current 1000 has.

Goddamn that pipe is for real? I was hoping the earlier pics were fake.

1. The black gas tank with orange cowl on that 1000 looks sick.

2. Do they have to pay Adidas royalties or something for the front headlight design?

Overall looks nice IMO. Aftermarket pipes will fix everything up.

It's only every-other-year but it sux just the same.

Looks like they added the "chicken switch" to the 600 and 750 just like the 1K? Does this mean then end of Suzuki's Timing Retard(TR) or do they have that in addition to the chicken switch? There's also an additional LCD on the Tach? Is that for the chicken switch too?

After a second look, those pics all say GSXR1000. Are you sure we're not looking at the European GSXR1000 colors? That would make that ugly a$$ pipe make a lot more sense.

OMG!

Looks like I'll need to work on my Suzuki sponsorship contacts over the winter to try and get hooked up with that new White one for next year

Because you just can't beat free, right?

my 07 has one, if by "projector headlight" you mean that big round thing right in the middle.

cause i don't really know what a projector headlight is.

i like assuming though.

yea that'd be the projector headlight... and suzuki has been using it for a couple years now right???

I'm most surprised that suzuki finally gave in to side-by-side headlights... although it is still one whole headlight, not two separate ones. I like the bike tho, and i'm not a big suzuki fan either.

I never thought I would say it, but that Gixxer rocks. I am in love with the white scheme. Compared to the new 1000RR I think that Suzuki will take market share based on looks anyway.
