Ah....Stonnerstock....

All I'm gonna say at this point is that it won't be as openly advertised as it was in the past. But it is open to just about anybody. The only place you'll find anything about it in the future is right here, on this site. Which isn't to say everyone isn't invited...

And as a side note: I seriously think we're gonna hafta start thinking about a differrent band for next year. Things are really happening now for Purge DI, and I'm beginning to highly doubt they'll be in these parts next summer. Just beware. It'll be tough to find a band THAT good that'll play in someone's front yard. Bummer, but they deserve everything that's been happening to 'em lately (all good)...

this is sort of comment I was hoping to get.

I found this on one of the bike forums. Thanks away.

"Hey yall, I am from Buffalo, NY area and early this summer I rode to Laconia, NH bike week. I was told that it was mainly a HOG party but I went anyway. There was a hell of alot of bikes and I would say it was half/ half with the bikes. Alot of nice sport bikes suped up. The ride was really nice, alot of hills and twisty roads. Roads down by the water as well. The bike week was right on the water and it was a really nice time. Alot of people and cool vendor stands. I would recomend it, but its not like Americade or anything. If your looking for something smaller than the big time bike weeks its the place to checkout. Revilix "

Kham, Stonnerstock is held just a few miles from Laconia at the same time as bike week. We usually ride in to Laconia one evening to check out the Harley Davidson merchandising event then head back to stonnerstock. In my humble opinion Laconia Bike week is not worth going to.

Well I'd have to disagree with Degs.. I have a BLAST all week at Laconia.. (of course including swinging by Stoner's) but I have a great time down the Weirs people watching and checking out all the bikes of every type and size and shape (along with people of the same). I have fun going to the Broken Spoke and the various other bike venues for the different events they have.. everything from the "dyno drag race machine" to coleslaw wrestling to wet t-shirt contests, bike shows etc etc. But then again I also like custom Harleys along with sport bikes. So to each their own but if you've never been you should check out the whole scene.. but be forwarned be prepared to be stuck a bit in traffic if you come into the Weirs on Friday or Saturday night (and ya don't know the shortcuts... and don't try it in a car).

Stonnerstock Rules I couldn't make it last year, the people I went with weren't up to it and I just ran out of time. I will be there this year for sure....!!! 1 evening at the WEIRS is enough...
