motogp indy - hotels

anyone know the area well enough to recommend a hotel(s) that are near a few bars/restaurants?? will have a car so a short drive to the track isn't an issue.

(yes i'm booking stuff now )

I think some guys on the Hawk forum live nearby and said something about staying at their place? Maybe camping...? Post it up.

thx. will do. seriously doubt i'm camping though. will want to take a decent shower and be able to sleep well after a day in the sun and drinking

if the cost is anything close to the cost of flying + hotel no f-ing way. i've driven out and back for the F1 race and it sucked.

so... anyone know of hotels?

you might be able to rent an RV in indy and pick it up there then drive it to the track.
