Brake control box for a trailer

My trailer has electric brakes and my truck has a tow package but no brake control box in it.

Where can I get something like this bought and installed and how much do you think i should/could cost?

Thanks....

I tow a lot......20 foot - 9000 lbs. Get the Prodigy, it's worth every penny.

Trailer hitch, hitches and bike rack (800)298-8924 e-trailer.com is where I got mine. Seemed to be the best price at the time. Around $100

Agree with Pete...

I have the latest Prodigy model and it works great.

My Honda Ridgeline came mostly "tow ready", so it was a simple plug and play.

Hardest part of the whole installation was pulling down the wire that Honda leaves for you under the dash. They attached the stupid thing way up high like you'll conveniently have the dashboard apart when you go to use it.

Anyway, back to the point... I've been very happy with Prodigy controllers.

This is the one I have:
Tekonsha Prodigy

I have a Prodigy also. Sick controller - super smooth. Def worth the extra money. Plan ahead and make it easy to remove so you can take it with you when you sell the truck. What do you have for a truck? It may be pre wired , but if not, that will be the hardest part - getting the wires back to the trailer plug.
