I think it is gay that I'm arguing about this...

Are you saying: "You a loser if you think you are cool because you stand next to your m/c?" I don't think anyone would disagree.

If you are saying: I'm cool because I go to clubs. Then holy shit you are a loser. You know they let anyone with $20 in? There is no Studio 54 in Boston(when I lived/worked in Boston during my 20s I used to do the club thing).

We are talking about hanging out with our friends and bsing with other m/c folks.

Having riden with you and seeing your enjoyment of bsing I think you would actually like Newberry. Do you really think we stand there with slicked hair and polished bikes and pose?

edit to say: I'm glad you found your wife in a club. I'm sure you found one of the few girls who were not skanks. Personally, I would do anything more than take those girls home for a night.

Re: Bikes on Newbury St.

jahhaha I find it HILARIOUS that the Ducati owner is yapping about how posing is so uncool. The irony is killing me.

I like to 'pose' on Lansdowne and Newbury so by your logic I:
a) Cannot ride well
b) Cannot pick up chicks
c) Am a loser
d) Do not understand what motorcycling is about

Well, that about sums me up

Well you are a proclaimed "SCI-FI NERD", by your own admission....

Guess I hit the nail on the head....

I neve said anything about posers not riding well, yes if you pose ,in my book, you'rer a loser.Never said anything about posers not understanding motorcycling. If you're posing in order to pick up chics, thus using a crutch such as your motorcylce, then yes, you can't pick upchics and have no game in my book.

Hope this helps

And what the hell does driving a Ducati have to do with knowing what posing is all about.

Are Ducati riders more apt to pose or something? Someone set me straight here, I'm kinda outta the loop on this one. I didn't know...Seriously..

Maybe its because we're around Ducati's all day, but that right there made me damn near spit my coffee all over the place lol

DBConz is right though Monster/ST/MS/etc owners don't fall into that category too often. But i see the plenty of those SBK owners that are like that, BUT at the same time a good amount of kawi/zuki/yama owners also

IMO people who gather at mc hang-out spots to talk about their riding "stories" (meaning made up stories) are more losers than the some of the guys in landsdowne/newbury. At least when you lie to a buncha chicks they dont' know any better, but when you try that storybook shit with fellow riding enthusiasts you're just making yourself look like an absolute tool.

But saying all that I don't do either

Hey what the hell do i know i ride an SV its ugly and slow, i'm married and i can't even pick up my own wife with it

Well, that's the running joke on BARF anyway and hey, it's good for a laugh. If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?!

Well even since I heard only homosexuals like to hang out and look at pretty girls, Ive been a little leery to hang out there. Either that or I was working on race bikes all night, but thats right, I like to pose so I cant be a rider. I dunno what I was doing then.
