Taking the time to ride down there (with posting in mind I'm sure) and then posting a page long story...weak...your biggest problem was riding the blue hills? You think folks in Boston are going to ride to Dover on a weeknight?

If the story was funny,okay...but I think you are trying a litte too hard.

Daytrader is good at stirring the pot, but come on. I don't think daytrader gives a fuck about Newberry, he just likes to cause controversy.

If you came down and had a coffee and cig with us you might have enjoyed yourself.

Thanks guys!
you have to poney up the cash for a ducati. simple as that

seriously though, newbury has its moments. it's best after you've been riding for a few hours and just want to go somethere, sit your tired ass down, and shot the shit with a few buddies for a few minutes. but there is defintely a posing crew there who do it full time. no biggie. some really good riders there. some total clowns as well, but whatever. the babes just come with the territory.

i took a swing through on the way home today. rode for hours into NH and up to VT, had lunch with the family, then thought i'd swing by. sore as hell, didn't see any bikes, so went home.

I've gone down to the roads in Dover with Daytrader on weekdays. Rode right there from work in Dorchester

I saw some bikes posing on Wallaston Beach last night. Couple bikes parked and saw at least one with their LEDs on. Anyone on NESR?

Re: Bikes on Newbury St.

Sorry if this info is in this thread but I haven't the time to read this huge thread! Where do people gather on Newbury St? Is it one location or does it change like the tides? Just curious for I'd like to check it out once. It is a nice area in general as far as night life or even during the day.(Including the surrounding area like Boylston etc...) What do you do, start at the Boston Common and cruise down till you see bikes?

Re: Bikes on Newbury St.

Im starting to believe you guys a little more
Actual "conversation" I had on Newbury the other night

Him: Oh man, you have a steering stabilizer! Do you do mad wheelies?
Me: No
Him: Oh, stabilizers are only good for wheelies.

I didnt even respond to that one.
