You can walk as fast as you want, you can't ride a motorcycle over the posted limit. Since he wasn't caught going 137kph on the bike, rather on his side, he can't be ticketed.

I wonder if it was worth it tho. i don't know how insurance is over there, but he was going about 85mph.
