Yeah, that's the SV650SF, like I said before. But there's no 2009 naked SV650 listed, just the 2008 model and the Gladius. And no half-faired SV650S at all.

So it looks to me like they're hanging onto the fully-faired SV650SF model for another year or two, clearing out inventory of naked SV650 models, and replacing that with the Gladius. Kind of makes sense -- the SV650 had its last real refresh when, in 2003 or something?

Interesting to note that the Gladius is getting components of the V-Strom 650's engine (notably the plated cylinders instead of the SV's iron-lined ones).

Looks like a nice update to the venerable SV. Terrible name though.

Nothing mixed about it for me. It's butt ugly, heavier, slower and.. what else can they do to it?

They took the simple graceful lines of the SV and gave it some sorta Ducati steroid treatment. Ouch!
