Solo tail section

Where could I find a tailsection that would have a flat area where the tail light would be. To make it clearer, I would like to install some taillights from oppracing and I would need a flat surface to do it. Just thinking of some options, It would be easier to remove these lights for track schools, And they are cheaper than replacing stock units!!
