The nigerian AKA 419 Fraud has struck the nestreetriders forum . .. Some dude contacted me from England said he'll offer me 4100 for my bike plus shipping with a check. He also said he was on a buisness trip in Africa so he'll be there most of the time. So I thought it was kinda fishy so I said I'll have to wait for the check to clear and shit , then he emails me back saying a friend of his blah blah blah owes him 6000 $ so his friend would write a check to me for $10000 and I send the remaining 6000 back to him ... So I was like WTF is going on here. . .. . So I looked it up and guess what ? ? ? This is called the 419 fraud or nigerian scam . . everyone watch out . . and tell the sucka to fuck off if he emails you . .. Good thing I didn't fall into the trap . . .

You might want to file a complaint here....it's to report internet fraud and scams and works in conjunction with the FBI.

I know someone who was stupid enough to fall for one of those scams. Cost him $8000.00.


I get contacted by those people almost every week on the phone or by email. It has got to the point where I don't even report them any more.

My room mate just bought a car from a dealer in Gilford. Come to find out, when i read this post to her outloud, she said that the dealer said something about a scam going on.
When I read it out loud for the second time, 419 just to happened to be the same scam mentioned,,, go figure...
