i was told that as well but got a quote from both my insurance company and amica before i moved. as i stated previously ... amica's quote was substantially less ... it wasnt a tough decision to make

due to problems we are having with the server this post is out of order but is the answer to lessthanjoey's question on how its possible for dif. ins. co. to have dif. rates.... i dont know how the rates are dif but well its possible

I don't know why, but I've turned several people onto Amica and they have gotten lower rates than they had with their previous insurance company. I know it is regulated in MA, but I don't care...I'm paying less and that's all that matters to me. They are a stand-up company too, I've had plenty of claims and they've been great.

that's just on the mandatory MINIMUM coverage.

collision and comprehensive and un/underinsured motorist protection and all the rest is up to the individual companies to fuck you over however they want.

Don't mean that in a bad way, it's just the way it reads... As long as you didn't get hurt!!
