Crashed

Well today I crashed, I was going down one of my favorite roads that I live near which has some great corners to practice on and I hit sand while I was leaning around a bend and the rear wheel came out from under me and I slid with the bike till I hit the sand on the side of the road. The right side of my bike is pretty much fucked but im glad to get a crash out of the way and im glad to walk away from it, only to pick up all the pieces that came off my bike im not injured just that by bike came down on my knee which feels kinda funny. So now im putting pieces back together which belong to fairing......fun . That was my day.

glad you're okay... this early in the season sand and road conditions are definitely key to watch out for.

DOH!

Make sure it's repaired in time for the race weekend dude!!!!

Glad you're not hurt. Now you know about traction limits in sandy corners. 'Course, if you had kept the throttle stable and steered in you would have saved it, but that will come with time and experience.

Bummer Spence!!!
I hate sandy corners...
Must be a lot of sand down there on the cape.
Sand to the left of me, sand to the right of me.

Scars add character...even on bikes!!!

Bummer Spence glad to hear you're ok though.. I'm sure Mick will piece it back together for ya... you know how sandy those cape roads are.. always run through em once immediately before running through em hard (the roads can change fast on the cape so just running it the day before doesn't mean you'll know where the sand is). Either way it was nice to meet ya and hope everything goes well...

Glad to hear you're OK.

Let us know what you need for the bike, someone may have oem parts laying around the garage.

Easy in the Spring and late Fall young grasshopper, cold roads, cold tires, sand and Winter debris, Fall leaves and twigs=bad things.

Good luck bro.
