i think it was a GREAT day. Everyone I talked to in the pit raved about how much fun they were having and I was impressed at how smooth the day went by.

There was a little carnage out there, but I did notice that a lot of it was on the cool down lap and I'm 100% sure that the red flag idea you guys have for the next events will solve that for sure.

From what I witnessed, the only issue I had was the pit in process at times....some lazy, some just lack of experience (which is unfortunately expected i suppose) but an issue non-the-less.

Other than that, one of the most fun days I've ever had at NHIS well done and a fantastic first event IMO

well done!

Had a great time guys! I know most of the organizational thingies will get worked out with time - practice makes perfect!

See you in Aug and hopefully in October!

Edit:
One Negative - I think Kevin enjoys the mic a little too much!

im glad you are using the red flag idea. red or checkered... whatever gets people off the track safely. i know i presented it as "get them off the track faster" but safer is also a factor. i think youll like how that works and it will give everyone maximum time on the track because you wont have to wait for the guy in 2 to come all the way around and get the checkered and then go around again to pit. not to mention they will have several opportunities to see it.
i had a great time. wish there was more garage space. me amanda and rick were in G1 and then 5 bikes crammed in there with us. it was a little tight.
thanks for hooking me up. we will try to arrange for the SRAD event. ive got 4 Suzukis..... they owe me sumptin

Thumbs up

HomeRun!

The best $5,000 I ever spent - and it was less than $200!!!! Better than I imagined it would be and I'm hooked so if anyone is apprehensive about taking their bike on the track don't be. I had to bail a session early with a mechanical and may have missed it but a quick body position session would have helped me. Time is precious but how about a track walk? I'll be back next month with another bike.

anytime you're interested....we're allowed to walk the track after racing is done on race weekends.... if you want to come up I'll walk the track with you and go through it turn by turn, i do it all the time anyway

i like long walks on the track at sunset

I liked the give aways! at lunch they gave away a free track day and some other stuff. At the end of the day they gave away free pro school days with Penguin!

Scotty Greenwood in the house to work with riders all day, GMD Computrack Boston doing a ssupension seminar at lunch...

Awesome!

Thanks for the sub and drinks at luch too...

Tuesday was a fantastic day. The staff was great and the instructors were great. I got so much good feedback...and being able to talk to Scott Greenwood for a half hour gave me a lot of information. Thanks to Jay Root and Ducati for the free Penguin school!

Hopefully I'll be able to make it out for another event with you guys...and if I can find the money I won't hesitate.

Thanks!
