Best Bike @ Motorcycle Night

I do like looking at them and I think it's cool that people are that passionate about it, I just cant justify spending that kind of doe on somthing you can't really ride. That is all.

I love my 1098 standard, completley happy with it. I'll never buy another brand of cycle ever! I was driving to Dunbar Motor sports today to pick up some oil and a filter. I finally had the chance (after the break-in) to open the bike up a bit on 495 (hit 166 mph today), it's un-real how much torque the bike has. Up around 8k rpm there's a powerband that I felt unlike on any of my other bikes..............and the exhaust note????????/ Boohyaaa!

Would never pay up for the Tri-color though. I'm not even crazy about that paint job, I've always been partial to red.

Cheers,
Yeah I love my MV. As for the Tri-colore it also comes with a race exhaust in addition to the street legal one. I almost bought one but the MV fit and finished had it all over the Duc

To each is own.

Let's not forget that we are all put on this earth for one reason; to live, sleep, eat and shit motorcycles. Well, maybe not the shit part.

You guys are so narrow minded sometimes. Its all bikes enjoy them, bikes would be boring If we all road around on the same gixxer etc.... dont knock someone for a passion.

To you its about the ride to him it maybe about the looks but I bet you both cant wait to hop on your bike and go for a ride.

Oh yea I've had a blinged out R1 before and it saw the track and the drag strip and many of twisty roads so there is guys out there with 25K+ bikes that like to do "real" riding.

Carry on.....
you dont have to like the bike or his style but you can appriciate the time and money he put into it. It is obviously his passion, art work or what have you....

i dont care for it either but some of the attitudes in here are worse

I can appreciate talent.... and art is subjective... at least a done up muscle car would still perform... that thing looks like it couldnt make a u-turn with out 500 feet of room... lcd with dvd just = irresponsible if that things ever once been on while hes been riding...

oh and good seeing ya tuesday bigRed

i dont understand the 1 rotor in the front. if your bike is so fast that it needs a +10" swingarm and a 300 rear tire.... then why would you REMOVE a rotor and caliper? i dont know. i think it stupid. but i think the only thing that should have a stretched swingarm is a dragbike or a hill climber.

It's America and we, as a "free" society are always expanding and cultivating crazy, original ideas. True, 90% of the crap you see on these bling bikes is old hat or cheesy or even downright retarded, bet every now and again you see something that inspires or makes you say..."Cool idea"...I think it's just good old fasioned American inginuity and freedom at it's finest.

25g's???????? For that money I'll throw an MV Augusta in my garage to go along with my 1098. That bikes a waste of money bro!!!! If you want to make something look stupid buy a toyota celica and throw some chrome and mag wheels on it......don't fuck up a perfectly good motorcycle with trinkets. There should be some sort of law against that!

Just one man's opinion

I bet he spent all of his money tricking that bike out and now he has no money for a bike for the twisties.
