Best Bike @ Motorcycle Night

Talking about bling! This bike has it all even DVD. Pics were taken via cell phone cam so quality might not be as good to do justice for this bike.

Well... like they say... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Girls like shiny things... I guess if you're really desperate it'd be nice to have a bike like that, cuz pullin hoes is about all that thing's good for.

But me, I don't get it... Just a waste a great bike & a ton of money to me. Another useless riced out garage queen zook.

And people thought it was unsafe to talk on cell phone in cars. Nothing says safe like watchin Fight Club, while burning up the slab on a ricer

I have to disagree on that one. I thought the done up ZX-14 was my personal favorite. But, i'm not a big fan of chrome so that might have sumpin to do with it too.

And just because you can doesnt mean you should! As the comic that was posted sometime in the last couple weeks put it "parking lot hero." Now if you'll excuse me I have to go RIDE my bike...

Doubt it.

How many people w/ bikes like that have you met who do more than just cruise up & down the strip at the local hot spot on their GIXXAH 1k?

Conversely, how many guys have you met that tear up the twisties who also owned a bike like that?

Is it possible? sure... but pretty unlikely.

These slammed and stretched bikes attract the same crowd that slammed and stretched cruisers do, Posers.

25g's???????? For that money I'll throw an MV Augusta in my garage to go along with my 1098. That bikes a waste of money bro!!!! If you want to make something look stupid buy a toyota celica and throw some chrome and mag wheels on it......don't fuck up a perfectly good motorcycle with trinkets. There should be some sort of law against that!

Just one man's opinion

I don't understand why they charge another 5k for the Tri-color. The 1098S is 20k but the Tri is almost 25k. It's got the same shit on it except the paint right? Am I wrong?

I love my 1098 standard, completley happy with it. I'll never buy another brand of cycle ever! I was driving to Dunbar Motor sports today to pick up some oil and a filter. I finally had the chance (after the break-in) to open the bike up a bit on 495 (hit 166 mph today), it's un-real how much torque the bike has. Up around 8k rpm there's a powerband that I felt unlike on any of my other bikes..............and the exhaust note????????/ Boohyaaa!

Would never pay up for the Tri-color though. I'm not even crazy about that paint job, I've always been partial to red.

Cheers,

Guys just be happy he's doing it to a motorcycle he could be clogging up the roadways with a Hummer on 24's.

You guys are so narrow minded sometimes. Its all bikes enjoy them, bikes would be boring If we all road around on the same gixxer etc.... dont knock someone for a passion.

To you its about the ride to him it maybe about the looks but I bet you both cant wait to hop on your bike and go for a ride.

Oh yea I've had a blinged out R1 before and it saw the track and the drag strip and many of twisty roads so there is guys out there with 25K+ bikes that like to do "real" riding.

Carry on.....

Oh ya, I agree whole heartedly. I never said there WEREN'T guys out there on bikes like the one originally posted who don't like "real" riding, I just said the chances were pretty small. I know those kinda guys are out there, like you for instance... but those guys like you are far & few between. Most of those bikes are pure garage queens & the owners are too busy polishing them for the next show or whatever to actually ride it. It'd almost be a shame to ride a bike like that & get it all dirty & scratched up.... which means it's not really good for anything but lookin at.... and a bike that's good for nothing but lookin at is a bike that's good for nothin IMO.

I'd just rather own and ride a 50k dollar Suzuki Superbike than own and ride a 50k dollar slammed & stretched gsxr w/ chrome all over it & a custom paint job.... cuz in the end, it's still just a slammed & stretched gsxr w/ chrome all over it & a custom paint job.
