First time at the track, and I wasnt sure about where I can and cannot shoot. Hopefully next time I will have all that clear and get more compeling shots of everyone.

So what happens if we all simply decided to not stop going around the track? Are they gonna throw out those police spikes? Try to set up barrells?

You'll be asked to leave. And not invited back. You seem to think lightly of the difficult job of controling the track environment to provide a safe day for everyone. It's not a joke. People get hurt/killed when things go wrong.
