Just a quick message to all of you who are going to VIR.

PLEASE get your deposits in as soon as you can.

On January 15th I have to send VIR a check for $10,000 as a deposit for the track. I am going to be digging into my own pocket for this to a certain degree and I would appreciate any help from you guys getting your deposits 9or full payments) in as early as possible. I know it's Christmas, but you can always paypal me on a credit card and worry about it in February

OK, I'm opening a file on all riders going to VIR.

In order to make things easier at VIR, I need to ahve the following information from everyone.

Please PM me the following details.

1. Your full name and address

2. Home and cell phone

3. What bike you will likely be bringing to VIR

4. Which group you would like to be in (basically newbie, experienced trackdayer, or racer)

5. Who you will be rooming with (if you have decided)

Well, they officially released our travel schedules at work and as much as I hate it, I will be on the road during the track day so I won't be able to attend... fuggin month and a half in San Jose... goddamn it I hate that city... too many geeks!

lemme know if you wanna hit any track days while you're in san jose sears point and laguna seca are each less than an hour away

The marketing for this event is now going national. I wanted to fill as many spots as I could from local northeast riders but I think I have exhausted the search.

Cornerspeed will now be marketing this trackday in the SouthEast for riders to sign up for either day or both days.

I hope you realize how much we all appreciate all the effort you have put into this event. I know it has taken a lot of time and effort. You are also putting a ton of your own money down to cover the up front costs in the hopes that we all come through with our piece of the costs. I don't know of many people with the ambition or guts to do something like this.

Awww shucks. glad to be appreciated.

Yep, I'm putting down the best part of $11k on Monday to book the track so I really hope more people come through :-)

Basic prep just like Tony's trackdays but MAYBE we will require coolant change. Not finalised yet.
