Transportation to VIR

I have room for 4-5 bikes to help get you to VIR. Cost is $195 round trip in an enclosed, insured trailer, and will include Track Day Prep and return to street trim. I'll be available to make sure you pass tech, set tire pressures, get gas etc. Drop off will be on or before Sat.3/19 and pick up Sat 4/2. I can also fit you gear and a suit case so several people can car pool down or fly. Email me or call to reserve a spot.

at the risk of pushing my luck, asking too much and sounding like a cheap bastard - would an oil change & coolant flush be included in that price? maybe a little suspension tweaking, too?

If they require just water for the track day, yes. We can make a deal for the Oil & filter and coolent if needed.

Transportation to VIR

OK we have about 11 working days until we leave for VIR. If any one needs work done, like new tires, safety wiring, or fork seals, let me know now, the work schedule is getting very full. I will be bringing several gallons of coolent for VIR, I suggest you have the anti freeze drained and flushed now, then trailer the bike to VIR with the block empty incase you get freezing temps, then we can fill the rad. at VIR or the Hotel. You should remove the kick stand and hot wire the cut off switch. If you need stands I can get them in time, but I need to know now and if we can get 8-10 stands at once I can offer the same deal we did in the Fall.

Retail / 15% off
Rear Pad Stand $130.00 $110.50
Rear Spool Stand $110.00 $93.50
Front Stand $160.00 $136.00
Front Stand Pin $10.00 $8.50
6&8mm Spools $18.00 $15.30
10mm Spools $25.00 $21.25

I still have space in my trailer for a few bikes. If you just want me to bring the bike and your gear $100 per bike. If you need prep work done let me know and we'll work out a deal. I'll have a 20' trailer and canopy for you pit under, as well as tools and electricity, and heat and A/C (hopefully we neeed it!). I'll be packing the trailer and leaving on Sat. 3/26 and will be at the hotel Sunday afternoon, then leaving VIR after the close of track activities on Tuesday. This is your big chance to feel like a GP star, in fact for a few extra bucks I can get "brollie Girls" if you want. With gas expected to be over $2/gal driving down by car maybe the best way, and you'll be back in time for work Wens morning.

Don't wait to call I have a very busy shop, so call now and I'll fit you in for whatever you need to get to VIR and enjoy the track days.

Hmm this is starting to sound like a much better idea than my original plan. If I can find a way to get *me* to VIR, I will definitely take you up on one of those trailer slots. I assume the bike will need to be dropped off in bellingham?

Yes, in time for loading up Sat morning, or much sooner if you need work done. If you car pool with three or four others you will save a bundle on gas.

Thanks pete, looks like I'll be heading down with will and chris, but I appreciate the offer, $100 roundtrip is a hell of a deal and I'm sure those slots on your trailer will fill up right quick. If not you can always fil them up with cases of yuengling beer to import back from VA, mmm yuengling.

Any chance of a group buy on CFM rearsets, or is it just the stands that woodcraft will deal on?

think i'll be down for a rear stand & some spools, MAYBE a front stand & pin as well.... which prices am i lookin at? retail or 15% off?

i could probably swing by & pick the stuff up sometime before VIR so you do'nt have to go through the hassle of shipping.
