I know its early, but I just booked my room at the same place as last year.

I know there was some talk about camping, but IMO 3 days on the track, I will want a comfy bed, clean sheets and a hot shower!! The hotel was not that far away from the track and easy to get to and close to places to eat.

Innkeeper Danville West
Danville, VA

The cancellation policy allows for cancelation up to 6pm on the night of arrival.

I'm glad Heath doesn't come to the message board. So he'll never know I'm stealing his trailer....I.E. I'll have some room to pull bikes!

Could you define "not that far away"?

Does anyone know what the closest and/or most conveinent place to stay is?

John, the Innkeeper is the best place to stay. It is about 6 miles or so from the track i believe. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the track. The hotel is clean and very friendly. It's also VERY close to all the bars/restaurants.

derek

Do you recall how much it is per night? I suppose I can just call...

Checked online, seems like its between 45 and 60 bucks.

OK... I am conceding and changing my reservation to the $50 ones.

As much as I like Ken, I'm going to VIR to ride the track... not

or

However, one of these always helps me relax after a tough day of riding.
