I got an email today saying that they need full payment by Feb 2nd and I'm still waiting for many many payments.

Please get your money in to me by paypal or snail mail by Wednesday AT THE VERY LATEST. That means send in payment TODAY!

Here is the updated list of who is going to VIR. The people who have promised deposits but haven'd been forthcoming with the money have been removed from the list. I'm sorry to have to do that, but now I have written a check for $7500.00 and I'm forwarding MY money in large part on the promse of check in the mail. Thank you to all that have paid in full and to those who I know have paypals clearing right now. We are in good shape for a great time down at VIR in April.

I want in and this is the first I have seen about it....

I have the bike, cash and transportation and willing to travel!!!

We dont need a race licence this time around do we????

Best I can suggest is that you show up and hope for a no-show or somehow persuade Mid Atlantic Ducati or Cornerspeed to get you in. If you cannot get on the track, you can always ride the blue ridge parkway or head for deals gap.

When are people heading down & departing for this event, where do we lodge ect....

I would consider leaving Friday night & drive down so I can have some relaxing time drinking and enjoying some time off after the journey.

I think most people are staying at the Lodge at the track. I reserved one room for Sunday and Monday nights. Let me know if you want to split it.
