Deadline for deposits

This event is officially CLOSED due to signups being full.

There are a couple of people who have indicated they want to come, but no deposit has yet been received. There is also a waiting list for this event.

Anyone who doesn't have their $200 deposit to me by close of business Monday Jan 13th will have their name taken off the list and will be replaced by the first waiting list person.

I have to draw the line somewhere as I have to commit to names and group as well as send cash to VIR for this.

If you haven't sent in your cash for this event, do so NOW please (that means TODAY)

I got an email today saying that they need full payment by Feb 2nd and I'm still waiting for many many payments.

Please get your money in to me by paypal or snail mail by Wednesday AT THE VERY LATEST. That means send in payment TODAY!

Please see updated attendees list in the other thread. I have had to delete a couple of people due to not receiving deposits and no emails either.
