Tech. Insp. CoolantHi All, Hope the day finds you all well. I am preparing for a track day next week and have a question. What process is used for inspecting the coolant? I recently drained my coolant and replaced it with distilled water and water wetter. I'm not convinced the I got 100% of the ethelene glycol out. Anything to do to be sure that I will pass tech on this? Thanks. |

Re: Tech. Insp. CoolantYou will be fine. Track days just HIGHLY suggest you replace the coolant. |

Re: Tech. Insp. CoolantIf you are doing a Tony's Track Day, the you don't even need to change your coolant. If it's another track day or race event, then you'll want to flush water through it a few times to get as much out as possible. |
