well it only took them a year to send this its only a few bucks I hope my insurance covers it, otherwise Im screwed. It tells me to please detach and attach with payment, they must think Im a millionare.

Send it to your insurance company with a nice letter telling them to take care of it.

I ended up paying about $3000 of a $11,000 helicopter bill when I crashed in Deals gap.
