My New Neighbor downstairs decided he wanted to blast his stereo so all 5 other neighbors can hear it. I know one person already complained to him about 45 minutes ago. Well It's been an hour now he is still cranking it. I can no longer play nice...
Not too smart to piss off all your new neighbors. Great first impression, already on my list ...

So now it's time to play! I just broke my Heavy bass - Techno CD and tuned the bass real low and only have the volume at about 17 and it's seriously thumping pointing down to his apartment.

You want to play. I can play hard!

250 Watts to the Bass alone beeeeeeeeeatttch. JBL, blow them Faulkers away....

If he keeps this up I am friendly with the owner of the unit he is renting. I have no problem making that call if this becomes a daily thing..

I had a similar problem with some neighbors of mine a few years ago with latenight party's and home/car systems thumpin on the lawn etc.
Never in my life have I actually gotten up so early, let alone on a saturday, but at 7:01am I was out there warming up the rm250.
Very important to heat cycle a new engine, can't mess up break-in. The best part was the smoking mess that is cold 2stroke exhaust, no chance of them pulling the pillow over their head and ignoring that, ugh.

Very helpful to know your noise bylaws for your municipality of residence, specially when they're outside at 7:15 (Sunday morning) yelling obscenities at you. Mine was 7am.

2 years ago I was renting an apartment and at 3am one morning a car pulled up outside the next building. One of the occupants had gone into the building and the other was standing next to the car with the bass booming and the DOOR OPEN. It was like he was deliberately trying to piss everyone off. I was like a zombie as I had had a few drinks and had just gotten to sleep. I got out of bed, threw on some jeans and walked out to the parking lot and over to this guy. He just stood and watched me walk (zombie like) over to him, get right in his face about 3 inches from his face and said, very slow and deliberate "Close.... the fucking.....door"

He just reached bahind him and closed the car door without saying a word. I turned around and walked back inside, still zombie-like and went back to sleep. Must have been hilarious to watch. I am sure he thought I was some kind of psycho or something and didn't want to mess with me. He would have kicked my ass if he had wanted to fight.

10 minutes later I wake up to hear the two guys screaming at each other in the parking lot

"Why did you close the door?"
"This dude came over and asked me to"
"Did you THINK the keys may be inside"
"No! How am I supposed to know your car locks automatically?"

Hilarious, the car was running for another 2 hours before the motor ran out of gas, then the music went for another 2 hours before the battery died.

I have a problem with the biggest skunk I have ever seen who cames by my house every evening checking out the trash scene. Scared the hell outta me a couple of times as I'm working in the garage and I look up to see the thing standing there.
