Hmmmmmmmmmm

Isn't he the "guy" who left 95 Northbound in his Impala skidding into the back of an 18 wheeler where the guy was sleeping in the cab?

Wasn't he partying with McGuinnest in the strip joints and racing each other down 95 too?

Either way............If he plays that hard WITHOUT penalties Its okay by me.
But at least be an example of a team player off the field.

anyone who doesnt thing Harrison is a dirty player obviously doenst watch him that much. Im a pats fan, but I can honestly say Ive never liked him. He leads with his helmet constantly, and is always the last guy running into the pile at the very end of a play. Plus he is always hitting players who are defensless when its not necessary.

And that poll was taken from NFL players, they play against him, they should know.

C'mon!!! It's football! So what if he hits hard? You're a pats fan but have never liked him? I would say that you don't watch it much, or just don't understand the nature of playing safety. It's called INTIMIDATION. What, is he supposed to be nice? Fuck that, rip his head off Rodney!!! Furthermore the leadership he has brought to the team is invaluable. You are the first "Pats fan" that I've heard say didn't like him.

I suppose you don't like Eugene Wilson, either.

I couldn't find any info on either or those two events. This is only his 2nd year with the Pats, are you sure you're not confusing him with someone else? Please post link if you have it.

Dood, YOU even said he was a headhunter. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy. But just last year YOU told me that he was a headhunter and he lays some questionable hits. Yes you did...

We'd probably hate him if he played for say, the Jets (or other 'rival'). Which is probably a good measure: We love him playing for us, but'd hate him if he weren't...

SILENCE!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, he is a headhunter, but soooo what? (headhunter being someone that will bring a huge hit on you, and knock you senseless) That doesn't make him a 'dirty player'. At least not in my book. And yeah, he has had questionable hits. What player hasn't? But I've watched him closely during his time HERE (not San Diego where he was out-of-control) , and I wouldn't say he's a dirty player. I would say he's VERY aggressive and will make you pay dearly for mistakes. But that is the nature of the game, IMHO.

Sometimes ferocity and dirty can be very easily confused...

Oh, and by the way: YOU using 'IMHO' is like Joe saying he '..respectfully disagrees...'

there is a huge difference between making huge hits (which Im a huge fan off) and making dirty hits. LEading with your helmet is DIRTY, jumpin on the pile at the end of a play is DIRTY, the guy is a dirty player and thats why I dont like him. Because I am a pats fan that doenst mean I need to blindly like all the guys on the team. I havent like him from when he was on the Chargers.

But I guess you know more than the NFL's players and the league (he leads active players in career fines) about dirty play. Is he a great safety, yes, but he is still dirty

jumping on the pile at the end of a play isn't dirty. i watched Bruschi do it, in person, twice on sunday. no one calls him dirty. and didn't i say he was out of control in SD? Reputations will follow you around, but since he's been in NE I haven't seen anything to make him seem cruel, now anyway. and if you really follow the pats and hear what they have to say about #37, you know just how instrumental he has been in this teams recent success.

and i don't think you should just blindly love players 'cause they're on your team...i think vrable (sp?) is a total, selfish dick. i'm actually surprised he's still on the team, as well as law.

anyway, at least we can agree that

the PATRIOTS kick ass!!!!
