my "new, relaxed 'tude?"
well, it's being put to the test... buddy o' mine who i took the MSF course with has yet to buy a bike. we were flipping through Cycle World, and without fail, every time he says "that's a good lookin' bike!" it's a cruiser.
what the hell am i s'posed to do now? i'm trying to find a good list of naked sportbikes so i can still ride w/ him in good conscience.
SV650, GS500, Nighthawk... any other nakeds suitable for a beginner? i don't think he's quite ready for 919...

aww man that sux!!!
one of my good friends is doing the exact same thing. we took the MSF course together, and he has a crappy starter bike that he wont ride cause he's afraid of being seen on it and he thinks a hardley is the way to go. he has just about disowned himself as a friend. i cant deal with it and i stopped trying cause he wont spend any money either.
