Calling all fat assesok, Keira said they are doing this on a girl biker forum and it is helping motivate them all to get in shape. and as i am one of the resident people who wants to get in a lot better shape i figured it might help here too. if not thats fine, just make fun and go about your day and the thread will die. ok, so here is the deal, everyone who wants to participate can post some stats from now and what the goal is, periodically (weekly probably) we give updates about how many times to the gym and how we are doing at the gym. Also the girl site people are giving pointers if they have them to each other(different exercises, recipes, and all sorts of things like that.) well if there is any interest respond, if not like i said just make fun and go on to the next forum. Calling all fat asses207 I want to be 200 If you want the best diet read the section on eating in a book called unlimited power. It is THE BEST and the healthiest way to eat and eat what you want and as much as you want, while losing weight and getting in shape. |

Calling all fat assesAlready lost 40lbs and have 20 more to go. I know I have to get back to the gym on a more regualr basis. I pay for a membership and I hardly use it. But in the summer time its just so much nicer to be outside doing stuff. ![]() |

Calling all fat assesI went from 250'ish in winter 2004 to 205 now. I'll drop another 10 pounds, and then I'll be content. See kids, meth DOES work! ![]() And if that doesn't work, just eat about 5-7 small meals a day, and workout every now and then. |

Calling all fat assesI'm about 215-220, which is down from about 225-230 all winter. I want to be 190-200. I take boxing and brazilian jiu-jitsu, both of which are a kickass, fun workout, twice a week. Need to add some weight training to that. |

Calling all fat assesI'm not really a fatass either, but I want to be. I'm looking to gain weight. I was way into lifting and shit the last year or so and made some great gains, but I've just lost it this summer. I still eat ok, but gym-going is rare. So maybe this thread will help. My goals: Bench: 275 Squat: 315 Dead: 425 (I've done this before, but it was over a year ago now) I'd also like to get my weight up over 210 or so. I'm around 195 now. I figure I'll eat big all winter and then try to cut next spring. We'll see...I have a VERY tough time gaining lean weight (I either don't gain anything, or I gain a belly). |

Calling all fat assesI was a fat ass this spring. I went to the doctor for a physical and got told I had high Cholesterol (240). I also had an enzyme being kicked into my system by my liver (no kidding, it was probably protesting). Long story short. I started having a big salad with tuna over the top of it, and light dressing, substituted my snickers bar for granola, and running a few times a week (up to three miles outside in 27 minutes). I'm down 20 lbs, my waist is a good 2" smaller (was 33, now a 30/31). I'm planing another physical next spring and hopefully the cholesterol will be down... |

Calling all fat assesi have been going to the gym, trying to make it 2 times a week at least, work on some cardio and then lift a bit, it is hard to find time to go though because the gym is open at the worst times. 9am-9pm, being as i usually work 10-8 that kills it for me, but it is free. i am talking to the office and seeing if they will keep it open a bit longer for the working people that live here. does a long wide count as exercise, because if it is a good one i hurt more than going to the gym? |

Calling all fat assesthose are the worst gym hours i've ever heard of. you should look to join a different gym if possible. my gym's hours are something like 6am-10pm. |

Calling all fat assesi know they are the worst hours ever but it is the one at my condo. it is free since i live here and it is a fairly decent gym. i would rather they just open my free one for longer so i can walk to it and it is way easier to motivate myself to go if it is in the next building. they tossed around the idea of a magnetic swipe card that would let residents in at 6am and out at 10pm and then they put it on hold because "not enough people were using the gym". my thought is if you have the gym open when people can use it then maybe they will, i know it would make my life easier. are there any inxpensive gym chains around? how much does a membership cost? |
