1 machinist (CNC, milling, Lathe with programming exp preffered) FILLED!
1 mold shop Technician (Injection Molding, epoxy resin mixing, sandblasting) Still Available
1 second shift assembler ( 3 years mechanical assembly preffered ) FILLED !
2 first shift shipping/assemblers needed one preffered to have or obtain a class 1b ( Hydrolic/rope ) crane license. 1 Spot Filled, Still need a crane Operator. Wage negotable!! We are willing to hire experienced operator with a knowledge of carpentry...

I am the supervisor for assembly, shipping & the Mold shop deptartments. I am also the second shift Lead supervisor, but do not actually have to work second shift!

Now Are you serious, or basterdizing my serious inquiries only thread....?

Overtime is definately there and will be for about 2 years. right now we are working 9-10 hour days mon-Fri, and 4-5 hours on Saturdays - volenteers only, (not manditory as of now!).

Or regular hours for day shift is 7AM to 3:30 PM. Second shift is 3:30 to Midnight with a 10% differential in pay!

We have tons of work comming in. Pay is ok, might not be worth driving from CT for though... the benifets could use improving...

45 minutes from CT Border on route 84/Mass Pike.
45 Minutes to an hour pending traffic from Nashua, NH.
We are right off 495 pretty much, and the new location is seriously right off the exit ramp in Marlboro...

Oh wait you already talked to me about that. I do have to thank you for the phone call it got my job to counter offer with more $$ to stay.

I just wish it didn't have to get to that point to get more $$$$.



But seriously for any of those interested. I worked with mike a yr and a half ago. THe place all in all isn't that bad to work for, if you are comparing it to any other manufacturing plant. Its fairly clean , and safety is top priority, well right after production schedules and dead lines.
The only reason I left was a much bigger offer from a company closer to home, and no we aren't hiring right now.
