Hands Off!!In regards to cell phones, I doubt it. Over 18 = no seat belt required Motorcycle = no helmet required I'd highly doubt they care if people use their cell phones while driving or not. |

Hands Off!!NH has a "in control of your vehicle law" law that was passed a couple years ago, I think the way its worded, even with a hands free cell phone, if you are endangering the public you can get a ticket. the law as passed also can give you a ticket for not sweeping snow off you vehicle |

Hands Off!!i was just curious because i was talking to a friend to day who was said "hold on" so she could put her phone down as a cop passed her. I went through many states this summer, where I wondered who had a hands free law...for cell phones and other things like food. Each state makes it difficult to figure out though. I think there should be a sign when entering each state what its rules are..for the road. Welcome to New Hampshire! Buckle up under 18 No Helmet Law You can't engage in Oral or Anal Sex but you can use your Cell phone. have a nice visit! |

I know that you either have to have a helmet on or eye protection.... I like the little signs on the road that have motocycle helmets on them in states out west to indicated what the law is. Yah...i learned in high school about old laws that are still on the books, and one of them my teacher told us about was that anal and oral sex were illegal...don't know if it still is but how funny is that? |
