Awhile back I was talkin about enlisting into the Navy and I just got side tracked with the work I was doing and became a chef and started cooking all over the place but I moved back here to VA and decided to get down to business and go through with it....I decided to join the Army though and about an hour ago I just got out of my ASVAB test and passed with flying colors so im on my finally....Im going in as Infantry and I'll be attending US Army Infantry School...Fort Benning, Georgia for 10 weeks.....I am really looking forward to the future.....With my signing bonus im gonna get myself a nice new bike though

Yep not only infantry but 'airborne' infantry.... I get to jump out of planes haha cant wait

With my scores on the ASVAB I was able to pick from a wide range of jobs but im going in (AIP) Which are jobs they need filled and you are paid extra every month to do these jobs, Airborne Infantry was one of them so I'll get and extra $400/month for 3 years do the math and its an extra 14,400 on top of my salary so im not complaining...And i'll be able to make rank faster.....Single no dependants.....Its all mine muhaha lol

Too bad I wont be back till the last week of January when the weather will suck but I'll have 30 days before I need to take orders....I know I gotta go see Degs cuz its been forever so maybe I'll some of you guys
