I don't like my job much.

I fucking HATE short-notice family plans that are so poorly planned it ruins the entire fucking night.

I hate being so strung out that I never even ride my bike anymore.

I hate not sleeping more than a half hour on any given night without waking up. Can you say "I REALLY need a good night's sleep"? Can you say "JC needs vallium"? I can.

I need therepy. Prozac isn't sounding so bad these days either (dont' knock it...).

Why is it that no matter how many good things I have in my life, there are always more bad things to drag me down?

Grrr...really, if anyone has any vallium they'd like to share...feel free to drop me a line. I could use a few good nights of sleep this year.

I have heard that a cold beer, a hot shower and a blow job, not necessarily in that order but all at once is good. can put you to sleep at the end of a long day.

I don't have any 'V', but I have some other things that may help ya get to sleep. I've had similar sleeping problem for years, and I won't take 'sleeping pills'. I have a little 'system' that works like a charm, although it still won't get me to sleep more than a coupla hours at a time. But it helps when I really need it...

I slept a *little* better than usual last night (still not good)...and I feel a little more stable this morning. We'll see how long that lasts.

Exercise doesn't do it for you?

Extreme amounts of exercise always seem to improve the amount & quality of sleep I get. It really erases that stressed out feeling.

Not always true. I was even more wired after a date-gone-wrong-jerk-off session last week. But lately, the damn heat and humidity is making me restless as ever.

Tylenol PM works wonders. I used to take two and be out in 30. But now I'm starting to develop a tolerance, so I need to find something else to calm me down.

Just take Benadryl if Tylenol PM works for you... it's the Benadryl in it that's making you sleep.

funny story... I had a friend who couldn't sleep, so his grandmother told him to drink a shot of brandy every night before bed.... after about six months he was up to 3 shots a night...

about a year or so later, he hit a deer while driving drunk, put it in the hatchback of his car and dropped it off on my front step at 3am. When he woke up the next afternoon, saw the blood all over his car, and realized that he had no idea where it came from, he checked into Adcare hospital.

for the next 3 months, he was going to AA meetings everyday.

Masturbation doesn't cut it. Sex three times a night, will put you right out. If you woman isn't around on a given night. You will still be so tired that you will fall right to sleep.
