how do you wash motorcycle gloves?

Throw them in the washing machine? Hand wash? How?

After a couple years of hot-sweaty-summer-days, water-logged-rainy-days, and my recent usage at the gym, my JR phoenix gloves rock the funk.

How do you guys get rid of it? Buy new gloves?

Time to buy new gloves man.
Doesn't sound like those will help keep your skin on in a crash.

Thinkin' mink oil would soften them up a lot.

Ever try Held kangaroo skin gloves? They are pretty much perfectly broken in when new.
