She is quitting a 10 year smoking habit, and I really think she is going to kill me.

Be patient with her. I am two and a half months smoke free after a 14 year habbit so I know what she is going through.
Have her talk to a doctor and look into zyban or something similar to help keep a healthy balance. I used that with the Nicotrol inhaler and it kept me in good spirits and not ripping peoples heads off. Only used the inhaler for a week so I still have almost a whole package. Oh well it was money well spent.

i used the gum, less than one package. smoke free for 6 months. you have to really want to quit or it will never happen i found. if you smoke try not to do it around her or she might kill you!

I quit for a few weeks and nazo made me start again. My road rage was scaring the hell out of him. I'm going to have a sit down with my doctor soon. Smoking sucks.
