honestly, i kinda hope he gets the reckless charge taken off IF there were no other cars as he said.... I remember a story last season where someone got nailed for the same sorta scenario and they wiped the wreckless charge from the rider's record.... but ya, he saw 184 on the speedo, he should consider himself lucky they only clocked him at 144.... definitely deserves get nailed for for that.

Have you never topped out your zx? On public ways?

I am certainly guilty of top speed bouncing off the limiter runs on any bike that I own. You just gotta see what it can do. 184.6 is pretty impresive!

Matter of fact I saw 160 something on the way home from Ftrains place tonight.

I never said he deserves to get nailed at 184.6, he deserves to get nailed for what they clocked him at which was 144.6 (I think you missed that part)....

Like I said, he's lucky they didn't clock him doin 180 somethin. And again, I hope he gets out of the reckless operation charge if he really was alone on the road as he says. I really don't think 144 is reckless if you're staying in your lane & there's absolutely no one around you.

And to answer your question, No, I've never topped out my zx on public ways.... I HAVE seen big numbers, but most of the time (nobody's perfect) it's not on a public roadway... Difference between him & I is when I did it on the street I didn't get caught... but if i did, I'd know I got it comin to me.
